Terms of Use
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Who we are
Trade The Path (tradethepath.com) and Trade The Post (tradethepost.com), together "the Services", are operated by Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). The models and method are developed by Aaron Parsons. Contact: Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1001 S Main St, Suite 6012, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA, support@tradethepost.com. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Financial Disclaimer.
2. What the Services publish: the operator's own model and trading plan
The Services publish the operator's own trading model and journal. On Trade The Path that means trend-channel entry and exit levels, estimated dates and a ranking of what the operator is watching. On Trade The Post it means the operator's model's reading of public posts, with model scores. These outputs are the same for every user. They are published as general information about what the operator's model does, and they are not a recommendation that you buy, sell or hold anything. The Services provide general information only. They are not personal advice and do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company does not hold an Australian financial services licence.
3. What the tools do (convenience layer)
The account tools are a convenience layer. They keep your own data and your own actions in one place, so you don't have to visit many different apps and sites. They:
- (a) show you your own holdings, average cost, orders and watchlists, as reported by the broker you connect;
- (b) let you sort and filter your own data, including against the operator's model levels, which are always labelled separately as "My model (general, not about you)";
- (c) let you fill in, review and send your own orders, ladders, changes and cancellations to your own account at Interactive Brokers or Alpaca;
- (d) send you the Telegram alerts you have chosen to receive.
The tools don't hold your money or assets, don't decide anything for you, and don't trade on your account without your confirmation of each order.
4. Execution-only, no personal advice
The order and broker tools are execution-only: they carry out your instructions. We don't consider your objectives, financial situation or needs, and we don't give personal advice. That remains true where the operator's model levels are shown next to your holdings, used to sort them, or used to pre-fill an order form. Any pre-filled price or quantity is an optional starting point, taken from the operator's model or from your broker-reported holding. It is not a suggestion for you, and you must review it and change it as you see fit. For each order we ask you to confirm, by ticking a box, that it is your own decision. We are not your broker, and we don't give tax advice.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract. You must not use the Services where doing so is unlawful where you live.
6. Accounts
Keep your login secure and tell us promptly of any misuse. One person per account. One account signs you in to both Services.
7. Plans, free trials, renewal and cancellation
- (a) Free trials last the period shown when you start them, need no card, and end automatically. They never convert to a paid plan unless you choose one.
- (b) Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Before you pay we show the price, the billing period and that the plan renews.
- (c) You can cancel online at any time (Settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
- (d) We will remind you at least 7 days before each annual renewal.
- (e) Price changes apply from your next renewal. We will give at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- (f) Trade The Post: every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full.
- (g) Features described as "in development", including auto-trading, are not part of any plan and are not included in the price. Auto-trading is not currently available to customers.
- (h) We intend to keep the free features free. If we change that, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
- (i) Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
- (j) Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the ASIC Act or other law.
8. Broker connections (Trade The Path)
If you connect a brokerage account:
- (a) you authorise us to read your holdings, orders and watchlists from that broker, and to send the orders, changes and cancellations you confirm;
- (b) your credentials are encrypted in your browser with your passphrase and can only be used while you keep the connection unlocked;
- (c) an order form may open pre-filled (see clause 4); nothing is sent until you confirm it, and we don't trade on your account without your confirmation;
- (d) your broker, not us, executes orders, and its terms apply;
- (e) you can disconnect at any time. We then delete stored credentials and stop syncing (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Your responsibilities
You make your own investment decisions. You are responsible for your trades, your taxes and complying with your broker's terms. Don't rely on the Services as your only source of information.
10. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell or republish alerts or data, reverse-engineer the Services, share accounts, or use the Services to manipulate markets or break the law. When you use "Add anyone" on Trade The Post, add only people who post publicly in a public or market role. Don't add private individuals.
11. Intellectual property
We own the Services and their content. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own purposes while your account is active.
12. Accuracy and availability
Data comes from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. Model levels and scores are statistical and are often wrong. Alerts can be late or fail to arrive (for example, if Telegram or a data source is down). We will take reasonable care, but we don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the ASIC Act. Subject to those rights, and to the extent the law allows:
- (a) we are not liable for trading or investment losses you incur from decisions you make, or for indirect or consequential loss;
- (b) where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees you paid for the affected period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud or unlawful use. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first. If we close your account for any other reason, or stop providing a Service, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms by giving at least 30 days' notice by email, Telegram or on the site. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
16. Complaints
Contact Grow Unlimited LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1001 S Main St, Suite 6012, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA, support@tradethepost.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
17. Governing law
United States. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any protections of your local law that cannot be excluded.
