Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with Instant (under 15 seconds) alerts on up to 3 trackers — no credit card required. You feel the full-speed product immediately and only pick a paid plan if you want to keep it.
How much does Trade The Post cost?
Simple Instant-speed plans: Starter is US$4/mo for 1 tracker, Pro is US$19/mo for up to 5 trackers, and Max is US$49/mo for up to 15 trackers. Prefer to fine-tune? Build your own basket per tracker and speed — bundle discounts apply automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch to annual and you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — effectively 2 months free — on any plan.
Do I save money for following multiple people?
Yes — bundle discounts apply automatically across your paid trackers and get deeper the more you follow, up to 50% off per tracker. The Pro and Max plans already bake in those discounts.
Can I cancel, and is there a guarantee?
You can cancel anytime, and we back every paid plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No lock-in.
How do I pay and manage my subscription?
Everything happens in Telegram. Pick a mover in the Marketplace, tap “Follow on Telegram”, your free trial starts instantly, and when you are ready you choose monthly or annual and pay securely with card via Stripe. You can add or remove trackers anytime and your bill updates automatically.
